I am on a 1750 Seidio slim extended battery and with normal to low use the battery life is HORRIBLE.
Tried the battery fix (Battery force FIX found!)  and well it didn't work for me.
Charge,w/ device on till green.
Turn off device and replug the charger till it turns green again.
Unplug again and plug in again until it turns green.

I unplugged my device this morning and turned it on at 0600 by 0730 I was at 78%...
Checked mail, SMS's, market updates, twitters that I had received through the night.

WiFi off, email checking is at 30 min, sync is off, gps off, Enable always-on mobile device set to never...

This shouldn't be th is way not even with a software glitch.
The incredible makes my Droid look like a resourceful device in respect to battery life.

Try the factory reset I mentioned.. just sayin.. kinda why I posted it, not to get another thread goin of someone bitchin about their phone not makin it through the day

Something is draining your battery, you have to check your battery in phone setting/About phone/battery... and see what's using your power the most. I don't think its the battery but an App or something is running and draining the battery that much in that little time.

I got this phone last week and had the exact same issues with the battery draining quickly without a lot of use.  I did a factory reset with Verizon and it did not improve the battery life.  I have also charged it, unplugged it, etc. like others have posted and recommended.  Still no change.

I already have a second phone from Verizon and am seeing the exact same issues.  I go into the battery life and here is what is using it:
Android System - 37%
Cell Standby - 27%
Phone Idle - 20%
Display - 13%
Voice calls - 3%

This is actually the lowest % the android system is running.  It is usually between 49-65% when I'm even not using the phone.

I have friends who have the Incredible as well, use more apps than I do and use it a lot more than I do.  Their android system runs around 12%

Any ideas?
