gto78 - I am sorry about your frustration. This sounds more like a coverage issue to me. I am not going to get into a back and forth though. I can only imagine how frustrating you are. VZW should not be charging you anything if they can't cover you at your residence. I would "up the ante" with a Supervisor/Manager and even an email to see what can be done. I do hope that it works out for you no matter what phone you end up with. A gentle reminder to watch the language in this forum. Thank you and good luck.

I HAVE A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM

its very simple
just open the back panel and attach a thin coil wire to the antenna connector and just make a mall coil and place it over the battery in such a way that it does not affect the fitting of the panel.
i have tried and tested this method and it works properly
if u need any help feel free to contact me on nittinpatil@gmail.com Smiley

Looking forward to your response to my earlier sent email (tryoung@trymgt.com). I spend a good deal of time in WY & SD where connectivity is a big issue and this thread put a stutter step in my plan to purchase the Inc2 vs stay with the Storm. Would like to know what level of improvement can be expected and also your help with install details, wire specs, jpg, etc.  Thanks much!  TBone
